Blue Swimmer Crab Lasagna - pulled crab layered with creamy cheese béchamel and finished with golden brown mozzarella



Riverine Eye Fillet (180gm) - char grilled with roasted turned potatoes, sautéed green beans, Dutch carrots and a port wine jus 



Chocolate Ganach Tart - crispy short crust pastry filled with dark chocolate and espresso hazelnut topping and salted caramel popcorn
